剖宫产腹部切口皮内缝合对妊娠期糖尿病患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of Intradermal Suture of Abdominal Incision in Cesarean Section on Postoperative Recovery of Gestational Diabetes Patients

目的:探讨剖宫产腹部切口皮内缝合对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者术后恢复的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将在我院2018年1月—2019年1月就诊的GDM患者60例分为观察组(采用腹部切口皮内缝合,30例)与对照组(腹部切口皮外缝合技术,30例),比较两组切口愈合效果及临床指标。结果:与对照组相比,观察组切口愈合效果较高;观察组排气时间、术后24h时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及住院时间均比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组切口缝合时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GDM患者采用剖宫产腹部切口皮内缝合的切口愈合效果较好,且可有效缓解疼痛,利于术后康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of intradermal suture of abdominal incision in cesarean section on postoperative recovery of patients with gestational diabetes(GDM).Method:Using a random number table method,60 patients with GDM who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into observation group(with intradermal suture of abdominal incision,30 cases)and control group(external suture of abdominal incision Technique,30 cases),compare the incision healing effect and clinical indicators of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher wound healing effect;the observation group had lower exhaust time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 24h postoperatively,and hospital stay than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incision suture time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with GDM,the incision with intradermal suture on the abdominal incision of cesarean section has a better healing effect,and can effectively relieve pain and facilitate postoperative recovery.
