双镜联合微创手术治疗结直肠息肉的疗效观察(腹腔镜+结肠镜)

Efficacy of Combined Minimally Invasive Surgery of Laparoscopy+Colonoscopy on Colorectal Polyps

目的:探讨腹腔镜与结肠镜双镜结合治疗结直肠息肉的疗效。方法:选取2015年03月至2019年03月本院治疗的结直肠息肉患者84例。随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组采用腹腔镜治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜与结肠镜双镜结合治疗。观察并记录两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、术后并发症发生率、息肉残留及复发发生率。结果:观察组手术时间及术中出血量、住院时间及胃肠功能恢复时间、术后并发症、息肉残留及复发发生率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜与结肠镜双镜结合治疗结直肠息肉可明显提高疗效,减少术中损伤,加快术后恢复,临床应用价值较大。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of combination of laparoscopy and colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods:84 patients with colorectal polyps treated in the hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected and divided intocontrol group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with laparoscopy,and observation group was treated with combined laparoscopy and colonoscopy.The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,gastrointestinal function recovery time and incidence rates of postoperative complications,polyp residue and recurrence were observed and record in the two groups.Results:The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and gastrointestinal function recovery time and incidence rates of postoperative complications,polyp residue and recurrence were significantly reduced in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of laparoscopy and colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal polyps can significantly improve the efficacy,reduce intraoperative injuries,and accelerate postoperative recovery,and it has great clinical application value.
