摘要 目的建立HPLC法同时测定退赤胶囊(金银花、菊花、甘草等)中绿原酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、甘草苷、芦丁、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷、连翘苷的含有量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈(含0.1%磷酸)-水(含0.1%磷酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温20℃;检测波长277、330 nm。结果8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),平均加样回收率96.9%~103.9%,RSD 0.7%~2.5%。结论该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于退赤胶囊的质量控制。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,ferulic acid,liquiritin,rutin,forsythoside A,baicalin and phillyrin in Tuichi Capsules(Lonicerae japonicae Flos,Chrysanthemi Flos,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 20℃thermostatic Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid)-water(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid)flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 277,330 nm.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 96.9%-103.9%with the RSDs of 0.7%-2.5%.CONCLUSION This simple,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Tuichi Capsules.
