摘要
为了落实《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》精神,加强职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设,推动职业教育发展实现新跨越,满足教育转型时代职业教育人才培养新需求,采用选题小组法、德尔菲法,筛选出代表性强和可操作性强的指标,基于R聚类-变异系数分析法进行评价指标体系建立高职高专中药学专业“双师型”教师核心能力评价指标体系,优选20个评价指标按照“结构-过程-结果”三维绩效评价理论进行评价,形成3个一级指标、10个二级指标、20个3级指标评价体系,为高职高专中药学专业“双师型”师资团队建设提供相关的理论支持。
To implement the Decision of the State Council on Accelerating Development of Modern Vocational Education,enhance team building for double-capability-teachers in vocational colleges,drive a new span for vocational education development and meet new needs of vocational education personnel training in the era of educational transformation,topic group method and Delphi method were adopted to screen out the indicators with strong representativeness and operability.The core competence evaluation system for double-capability-teachers of traditional Chinese pharmacology was established on the basis of R cluster-variable coefficient analysis.As a result,20 evaluation indicators were selected for assessment in accordance with 3D performance evaluation theory in“structure-processresult”.Finally,the evaluation indicators system covers 3 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators and 30 thirdlevel indicators and provides relevant theoretical support for team building for double-capability-teachers of traditional Chinese pharmacology in vocational colleges.
