淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合材料的微波辐照发泡研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波辐照制备发泡淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合材料,研究了不同聚乙烯醇醇解度,分子量、淀粉种类及复合材料含水率对材料的发泡性能的影响。结果表明,采用低醇解度,较低分子量就乙烯醇的复合材料其发泡性能优于高醇解度,高分子量聚乙烯醇。同时支链淀粉含量高的淀粉其发泡性能更优。 Foamed starch/polyvinyl alcohol composites were prepared by microwave irradiation.The effects of alcohol solubility,molecular weight,starch type and moisture content of the composites on the foaming properties were studied.The results showed that the foaming property of the composites with low solubility and low molecular weight was better than that of high solubility and high molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol.At the same time,starch with high amylopectin content has better foaming performance.
