气雾化铁硅粉中低含量磷的测定方法

摘要 研究用抗坏血酸还原,以乙醇为稳定剂,磷与钼酸铵、硝酸铋形成蓝色络合物的显色反应,分析了吸收曲线、酸度、显色剂、显色时间、稳定性和温度的影响,确定了最佳的测定条件。对气雾化铁硅粉和工业纯铁(P质量分数0.0115%)做实验表明,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.75%(n=6)和1.79%(n=6),加标回收率达98.1%~104%,在50mL溶液中磷量至少在0~20μg/50mL范围内线性良好。此法简单,快速稳定,能获得满意的分析结果。 This paper studied the color reactions of which the blue ternary complex of phosphorus,ammonium molybdate and bismuthnitrate was formed by the reducing of ascorbic acid and the stabilizing of ethanol.The influence factors such as absorption curve,the acidity,the dosages of color-developing agent and the reducer,the coloration time,the stability and the temperature was tested,and the best determination conditions was selected.Experiments on iron silicon powder and industrial pure iron show that the relative standard deviations are 1.75%(n=6)and1.79%(n=6)respectively.In 50mL solution,the linear relationship was good while the contents of phosphorus ranged from 0 to 20μg,the coefficient of recovery of standard solution varied from 98.1%to104%.This method was simple,fast and satisfactory analysis results can be obtained.
