排放气回收系统制冷温度偏高原因分析和处理措施

摘要 榆能化公司线性低密度聚乙烯装置排放气回收系统主要是降低从脱气仓排放的气体温度,使其冷凝下来,从而达到原料回收利用的效果。但由于装置排放气回收系统制冷温度长期偏高,使得部分回收气不能完全冷凝而排至高压火炬,造成原料的浪费,降低了单体的回收率,无形中增加了装置的运行成本。 the exhaust gas recovery system of linear low density polyethylene plant of Yuneng Chemical Company is mainly to reduce the gas temperature discharged from the degassing bin and make it condensed,so as to achieve the effect of raw material recovery and utilization.But because the refrigeration temperature of the exhaust gas recovery system of the unit is too high for a long time,some of the recovered gas can not be completely condensed and discharged to the high pressure torch,resulting in waste of raw materials,reducing the recovery rate of the monomer,and increasing the operating cost of the unit virtually.
