摘要
在氟吸收系统中,氟硅酸浓度提升后会出现硅胶析出增多、系统堵塞、氟回收率下降等问题。针对这些问题,对氟吸收系统水量分布、补水方式、喷淋装置环管等进行改造。改造后,有效降低了系统堵塞,浓缩氟回收率(P2O5)从42kg/t提升至55kg/t。
In the fluorine absorption system,the silica gel precipitation will increase,the system will be blocked,and the fluorine recovery rate will decline after the concentration of fluorosilicic acid is increased.In view of these problems,the water distribution of fluorine absorption system,the way of water supplement and the loop pipe of spray device are reformed.After revamping,the blockage of the system was effectively reduced,and the recovery rate of concentrated fluorine increased from 42kg/T(P2O5)to 55 kg/T.
