当前全球智库发展特点以及对中国的启示

On the Characteristics of Current Global Think Tank Development and Its Enlightenment to China

[目的/意义]中国特色新型智库建设的目标之一是"重点建设一批具有较大影响力和国际知名度的高端智库"。中国智库走向世界,与全球智库共同发展是大势所趋。在"入世"的过程中,必须要跟踪了解全球智库发展动态与特点,吸收有益经验。[方法/过程]本文在全球智库索引和典型案例分析的基础上,梳理出当前智库发展的宏观特点,并对我国建设中国特色新型智库提出建议。[结果/结论]中国特色新型智库的定位、特色要符合我国自身的需要,同时在研究选题、方法、人才等方面更多吸收全球智库有益经验。

[Purpose/significance]One of the goals of Chinese new think tank construction is to "focus on building a group of high-end think tanks with greater influence and international visibility". It is the general trend for Chinese think tanks to go global and develop together with global think tanks. In this process, it is necessary to track the development trends and characteristics of global think tanks and absorb useful experience.[Method/process]Based on the analysis of global think tank index and typical cases, this paper sorts out the macro characteristics of the current think tank development, and puts forward suggestions for China to build a new think tank with Chinese characteristics.[Results/conclusion]The positioning and characteristics of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics should meet the needs of China itself, and more beneficial experience of global think tanks should be absorbed in the aspects of research topics, methods and talents.
