摘要
优秀的团队是“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛取得好成绩的重要因素,但团队常面临着组建难,团队成员技能素质参差不齐,队员间相互融合、协同不足等问题。在“互联网+”竞赛团队建设中引入师徒制模式,能够促进团队成员间技术专业的教授与交流,推动团队优秀文化的积淀与传承。应用型高校以师徒制模式建设“互联网+”竞赛团队,应着眼于团队核心成员技术和师德上的“传”、技术改进和成员融合上的“帮”、技术创新和团队精神上的“带”,着眼于团队教学相长和优秀文化的营造。
An excellent team is an important factor in achieving good results in the"Internet+"college and university students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition.However,the team often faces problems such as difficulty in formation,uneven skill quality of team members,and insufficient coordination among team members.The introduction of the apprenticeship model in the construction of the"Internet+"competition team can promote the technical professional professors and exchanges among team members,and promote the accumulation and inheritance of the team's excellent culture.Application-oriented colleges and universities should build"Internet+"competition team on the basis of apprenticeship model.It should be focused on the"passing"of technology and ethics to the core members of the team,"helping"in technological improvement and integration of members,and"guiding"in technological innovation and team spirit.It also should be focused on team teaching and learning to build an excellent culture.
