CI-AKI对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者近期预后的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究对比剂诱导的急性肾损伤(CI-AKI)对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者近期预后的影响。方法选择我院接受PCI治疗的患者81例,按照术后患者是否出现CI-AKI区分为CI-AKI组(21例)和非CI-AKI组(60例)。比较两组临床事件发生率,比较两组术前、术后24、48、72 h SCr值,对CI-AKI的发生进行单因素和多因素回归分析。结果CI-AKI组临床事件总发生率高于非CI-AKI组(P<0.05);术后24、48、72 h,CI-AKI组SCr水平均明显高于非CI-AKI组(P<0.05)。高血压、糖尿病、原有肾功能不全、术前急性高血糖及对比剂用量高是CI-AKI发生相关危险因素(P<0.05),原有肾功能不全和术前急性高血糖是CI-AKI发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论发生CI-AKI会明显增加PCI治疗患者术后危险事件发生率,而原有肾功能不全和术前急性高血糖是CI-AKI发生的独立危险因素,可提前实施干预,改善患者预后。
