摘要
针对目前转向管柱中的吸能带结构描述资料较少的现状,介绍了常见的吸能带子总成的结构和典型的溃缩力和位移曲线,同时针对两种吸能带开发中常遇见的几个问题给出了对应的优化方法,并以一起因转向管柱吸能带失效而导致整车滑车实验失败的案例作为研究对象,对吸能带的变形过程进行仿真,通过复现实际的失效形式后将失效的原因锁定在吸能带截面设计不合理和塑料件的脱落上。该案例展示了仿真技术在解决实际溃缩问题中的实用性和准确性,为转向管柱的溃缩性能的设计提供了思路和优化方向。
For the current situation with little description data of energy absorption strap structure in steering column,the structure of the common energy absorbing strap assembly and the typical crash force vs displacement curves were introduced,and combined with the common problems of two energy absorption straps,the corresponding optimization methods were introduced.And taking a case of the failure of coast-down test due to the failure of the energy absorption strap of the steering column as the research object,the deformation process of the energy absorption strap was simulated,and after the actual failure mode was reproduced,the cause of the failure was locked on the unreasonable design of the cross section of the energy absorption strap and the break of the plastic buckle.The result demonstrates the practicality and accuracy of simulation technology in solving problems and provides ideas and optimization for the design of column crash safety performance.
