焦炭特性对刹车片压缩率的影响

摘要 将不同颗粒形貌的焦炭,应用于盘式刹车片中,研究其对刹车片压缩率的影响。通过观察刹车片中复合材料结构特点,分析了产品压缩率差异的原因。为了进一步研究焦炭材料对摩擦材料压缩率的影响机制,观察分析了焦炭材料的颗粒度分布、pH值、热稳定性特征、颗粒形貌、比表面积等。研究结果表明:焦炭不规则的颗粒形貌和过大比表面积,消耗了过多的酚醛树脂,因而减弱了树脂材料的黏附效果,导致复合材料结构疏松、压缩率水平高于常规水平。 Coke with different particle morphology was applied to disc brake pad to study its influence on brake pad compressibility.By observing the structural characteristics of composite material in brake pad,the reasons for the difference in compression ratio of products were analyzed.In order to further study the influence mechanism of coke on the compressibility of friction materials,the particle size distribution,pH value,thermal stability characteristics,particle morphology and specific surface area of coke materials were observed and analyzed.The results show that the irregular particle morphology and excessive specific surface area of coke consume too much phenolic resin,which weaken the adhesion effect of resin material and lead to the loose structure and higher compressibility of composite material than the normal level.
