基于虚拟随机谱的汽车悬架耐久开发

摘要 以某双横臂前悬架系统为例,通过台架对标修正CAE虚拟谱,以修正的虚拟谱作为目标信号进行台架迭代,并转换成直接驱动试验设备的试验谱,同时完成了该双横臂前悬架系统的12通道结构耐久测试。测试结果验证了副车架等结构件的薄弱点与前期CAE仿真结果基本吻合,表明用虚拟随机谱验证悬架结构件耐久性能的可信度。 A double-wishbone front suspension system was taken as an example.CAE virtual spectrum was corrected by bench calibration,the corrected virtual spectrum was taken as the target signal and the bench iteration was carried out.It was converted into the test spectrum of direct drive test equipment,and the 12-channel structural durability test of the double-wishbone front suspension system was completed.The test results verify that the weak points of the sub-frame and other structural parts are basically consistent with the previous CAE simulation results.The reliability of using virtual random spectrum to verify the durability of suspension structure is fully demonstrated.
