摘要
阐述轮胎空腔噪声发生机制,介绍3种获取轮胎空腔模态的方法,并从轮胎结构尺寸、变形量、充气类型、充气压力4个方面研究其对轮胎空腔模态的影响。结果表明:轮胎空腔模态随轮胎结构尺寸增大而降低、随轮胎变形量加大而左右模态和上下模态分散、随胎压降低而降低。
The mechanism of tire cavity resonance(TCR)noise was clarified,three engineering methods to capture tire cavity modal were introduced.The effect of the structure,deformation,inflatable type and charge pressure on tire cavity modal was analyzed.The result shows that tire cavity modal declines with the increase of tire structure size,the left and right modalities and upper and lower modalities disperse with the increase of tire deformation,and declines with the decrease of tire pressure.
