摘要
针对某SUV车型后部尾灯与后风挡匹配间隙、面差匹配风险问题,介绍在尺寸同步工程阶段如何运用3DCS软件对风险区域建模进行虚拟验证计算,并结合3DCS分析结果对相关零部件进行结构以及公差优化,最终达成整车匹配目标,减少生产阶段匹配不良情况。
Aiming at the risk of matching clearance and surface difference matching between the rear taillights and rear windshield of a certain SUV model,how to use the 3 DCS software to perform virtual verification calculations on the modeling of risk areas during the dimensional synchronization engineering stage was introduced,and the structure and tolerance of relevant parts were optimized based on the analysis results of 3 DCS,so as to achieve the goal of vehicle matching and reduce the situation of poor matching in production stage.
