HFUS引导下局部注射稀释美兰在肋骨骨折患者骨折定位中的应用

Application of HFUS Guided Local Injection of Diluted Meilan in the Fracture Location of Patients with Rib Fractures

目的探讨HFUS引导下局部注射稀释美兰应用于肋骨骨折患者骨折定位中的效果。方法选取33例行切开复位内固定术的肋骨骨折患者,其中采用CT三维重建引导定位的15例为对照组,采用HFUS引导下局部注射稀释美兰定位的18例为观察组,比较两组的临床指标。结果观察组的定位准确率显著高于对照组,切口长度、留管时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量、引流量均显著少于对照组,术后3 d的VAS、CGI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HFUS引导下局部注射稀释美兰应用于肋骨骨折患者骨折定位中,可改善患者的临床指标,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高综合满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of HFUS guided local injection of diluted Meilan in the fracture location of patients with rib fractures.Methods 33 patients with rib fractures who underwent open reduction and internal fixation were selected.15 patients with CT three-dimensional reconstruction guided location were set as the control group,and 18 patients with HFUS guided local injection of diluted Meilan for location were set as the observation group.The clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The location accuracy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incision length,tube retention time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss volume and drainage volume were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the VAS score and CGI score at 3 days after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions HFUS guided local injection of diluted Meilan applied in the fracture location of patients with rib fractures can improve the clinical indicators,relieve postoperative pain degree,and improve overall satisfaction degree.
