纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Bronchoscopic Bronchoalveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎患者的临床效果。方法70例重症肺炎患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗。比较两组的住院时间、咳嗽持续时间、肺部啰音消失时间、血气指标及临床疗效。结果观察组的住院时间、咳嗽持续时间及肺部啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PaO2及SaO2均显著高于对照组,PaCO2显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 70 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received regular treatment,while the observation group received bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,duration of cough,disappearance time of pulmonary rales,blood gas indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results The hospitalization time,duration of cough and disappearance time of pulmonary rales of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 and SaO2 of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the PaCO2 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 94.29%,significantly higher than 77.14%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of severe pneumonia has exact efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
