低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Low Temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Patients with Early Glottic Carcinoma

目的探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌患者的效果。方法60例早期声门型喉癌患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用CO2激光治疗,观察组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,比较两组的手术相关指标、嗓音声学功能及复发率。结果观察组的黏膜恢复时间、手术时间显著短于对照组,术后振幅微扰、基频微扰、标准化噪声能量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组的复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with early glottic carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with early glottic carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO2 laser,while the observation group was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.The surgery related indicators,voice acoustic function and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results The mucosal recovery time and operation time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the postoperative jitter,shimmer and standardized noise energy were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,no statistical difference was found between two groups in the recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusions Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of early glottic carcinoma has significant effect.
