单纯丙泊酚与丙泊酚联合布托啡诺应用于无痛胃肠镜的对比研究

A Comparative Study of Propofol Alone and Propofol Combined with Butorphanol Applied in Painless Gastroenteroscopy

目的比较单纯丙泊酚与丙泊酚联合布托啡诺应用于无痛胃肠镜的效果和安全性。方法270例行无痛胃肠镜的患者根据麻醉方式的不同分为A组(丙泊酚麻醉,140例)和B组(丙泊酚联合布托啡诺麻醉,130例)。比较两组的麻醉相关参数、生命体征以及不良反应。结果B组的丙泊酚用量显著少于A组,丙泊酚注射痛、术中肢体扭动、术中呃逆发生率显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论布托啡诺与丙泊酚联合麻醉应用于无痛胃肠镜的镇痛镇静效果显著,可减少丙泊酚用量,减少不良反应。

Objective To compare the effects and safety of propofol alone and propofol combined with butorphanol applied in painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods 270 patients with painless gastroenteroscopy were divided into group A(propofol anesthesia,140 cases)and group B(propofol combined with butorphanol anesthesia,130 cases)according to different anesthesia methods.The anesthesia related parameters,vital signs and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The dosage of propofol in group B was significantly less than that in group A,and the incidences of propofol injection pain,intraoperative limb twisting and intraoperative hiccups were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions Propofol combined with butorphanol anesthesia applied in painless gastroenteroscopy has significant analgesic and sedative effect,which can reduce the dosage of propofol and reduce adverse reactions.
