替米沙坦与依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病合并高血压的疗效比较

Comparison on the Curative Effects of Telmisartan and Enalapril in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Complicated with Hypertension

目的比较替米沙坦与依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)合并高血压的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年9月我院收治的DN合并高血压患者98例,随机分为两组各49例。A组采用替米沙坦治疗,B组采用依那普利治疗,比较两组治疗前后的血压、肾功能以及不良反应。结果治疗3个月后,两组的SBP、DBP水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组的24 h尿蛋白含量、血清肌酐水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且A组的24 h尿蛋白含量、血清肌酐水平均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦与依那普利治疗DN合并高血压均有良好的降压效果,且安全性均较高,但替米沙坦可更好地改善患者的肾功能。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of telmisartan and enalapril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)complicated with hypertension.Methods 98 patients with DN complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.Group A was treated with telmisartan,and group B was treated with enalapril.The blood pressure,renal function before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while no statistical difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the 24 h urine protein content and serum creatinine level in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the 24 h urine protein content and serum creatinine level in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both telmisartan and enalapril has good antihypertensive effect and high safety in the treatment of DN complicated with hypertension,but telmisartan can improve the renal function of patients better.
