生化检验质量控制管理在糖尿病病人生化指标测定中的应用

Application of Biochemical Test Quality Control Management in the Determination of Biochemical Indicators in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨生化检验质量控制管理在糖尿病病人生化指标测定中的应用价值。方法240例2型糖尿病病人分成两组各120例,两组均接受糖脂代谢及骨代谢指标检测。A阶段,两组均在生化检验质量控制管理下进行指标检测;3天后开展B阶段,仅试验组采取生化检验质量控制管理。比较两组不同阶段的检验结果。结果A阶段,两组的各指标水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);B阶段,对照组各指标水平均显著高于A阶段及试验组(P<0.05)。对照组A阶段、B阶段的生化指标达标率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组A阶段、B阶段的生化指标达标率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论生化检验质量控制管理可提高糖尿病病人生化指标的达标率,是行之有效的、保证检验质量的手段。

Objective To explore the application value of biochemical test quality control management in the determination of biochemical indicators in diabetic patients.Methods 240 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups,with 120 cases in each group.Glucose and lipid metabolism indicators and bone metabolism indicators were detected in both groups.In stage A,indicators were detected in both groups under biochemical test quality control management;Stage B was carried out 3 days later,and only the experimental group received biochemical test quality control management.The test results at different stages of two groups were compared.Results In stage A,no statistical difference was found in the levels of all indicators between two groups(P>0.05);In stage B,the levels of all indicators in the control group were significantly higher than those in stage A and those in experimental group(P<0.05).In the control group,statistical difference was found in the standard-reaching rate of biochemical indicators between stage A and stage B(P<0.05);In the experimental group,no statistical difference was found in the standard-reaching rate of biochemical indicators between stage A and stage B(P>0.05).Conclusions Biochemical test quality control management can improve the standard-reaching rate of biochemical indicators in diabetic patients,which is an effective method to ensure the quality of test.
