基于跨理论模型干预对癫痫患者自尊水平及生活质量的影响

Impact of Intervention Based on Trans-Theoretical Model on the Self-Esteem Level and Quality of Life of Epileptic Patients

目的探讨基于跨理论模型干预对癫痫患者自尊水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取46例行常规护理干预的癫痫患者作为对照组,46例行基于跨理论模型干预的癫痫患者作为观察组,比较两组干预前后的自尊水平及生活质量。结果干预前,两组的SES评分、QLQC-30各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的SES评分、QLQC-30各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于跨理论模型干预有助于提高癫痫患者的自尊水平,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of intervention based on trans-theoretical model on the self-esteem level and quality of life of epileptic patients.Methods 46 epileptic patients with regular nursing intervention were selected as the control group,and 46 epileptic patients with intervention based on trans-theoretical model were selected as the observation group.The self-esteem level and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found between two groups in the SES score and the scores of items of QLQC-30(P>0.05);After intervention,the SES score and the scores of items of QLQC-30 of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intervention based on transtheoretical model can improve the self-esteem level and quality of life of patients with epilepsy.
