阶梯式护理在化脓性脑膜炎患儿中的应用

Application of Stepped Nursing in Children with Suppurative Meningitis

目的探讨阶梯式护理在化脓性脑膜炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月我院收治的化脓性脑膜炎患儿64例,随机分为两组各32例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予阶梯式护理。比较两组的临床指标改善时间、住院时间、并发症发生率以及家属满意度。结果观察组的外周白细胞恢复时间、脑脊液白细胞恢复时间、症状消失时间、体温恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组的住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为6.25%,显著低于对照组的28.13%(P<0.05)。观察组的家属满意度为90.63%,显著高于对照组的65.63%(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式护理可有效降低化脓性脑膜炎患儿的并发症发生率,加快症状改善,提高家属满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of stepped nursing in children with suppurative meningitis.Methods 64 children with suppurative meningitis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received stepped nursing on the basis of the control group.The improvement time of clinical indicators,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications and relatives'satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The recovery time of peripheral white blood cells,recovery time of cerebrospinal fluid white blood cells,symptom disappearance time and time for temperature to return to normal in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),while no statistical difference was found between two groups in length of hospital stay(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%,significantly lower than 28.13%in the control group(P<0.05).The relatives'satisfaction degree in the observation group was 90.63%,significantly higher than 65.63%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Stepped nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in children with suppurative meningitis,accelerate the improvement of symptoms,and improve relatives'satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
