埃洛石微胶囊功能化防冰涂层的制备与性能

摘要 通过氟硅烷对埃洛石纳米管和埃洛石微胶囊进行改性,采用溶胶凝胶法制备防冰涂层,构筑涂层表面微纳米结构.采用热重分析仪(TG)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和接触角测试等对试样进行表征.实验结果表明:加入埃洛石微胶囊能够有效提高涂层的拒水性、防冰性和机械强度. Halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)and halloysite microcapsules(HAs)were modified by fluorine silane.The anti-icing coating was prepared by sol-gel method,and the micro-nano structure of the coating was constructed.Thermo gravimetric analyzer(TG),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and contact angle test(CA)were used to characterize the coating.The experimental results show that halloysite microcapsules can effectively improve the water resistance,anti-icing performance and mechanical strength of the coating.
