On February 21,2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping replied to 17 students in the undergraduate class of clinical medicine of Tibet University Medical College who were internship at ShouGang Hospital of BeiJing University.He confirmed the students’ harvest,put forward the expectation and conferred his benediction to the cadres and masses of various nationalities in the region for the Tibetan New Year.Based on the content of the reply,the author has an in-depth study from the perspective of teachers of the Tibet University Medical College in the aspects of university development,educational mission,gratitude and so on.The general secretary’s concern for the Tibet university warmed the hearts of all staff.His deeply hope affords the strength to move forward.The Party Central Committee attach great importance to the development of education in Tibet.The spirit of reply is undoubtedly a boosting agent for sustained development.As a teacher,it is more important to remember the entrustment and strive to cultivate the builders and successors for socialism who were "reliable,useful,and stable" and write the chapter of Tibet that the Tibetan people yearn for a better life.
