卒中中心的建立对脑卒中患者的抢救、治疗及预后的影响研究

Study of the effect of the establishment of stroke center on the rescue,treatment and prognosis of the patients with cerebral apoplexy

目的探讨卒中中心的建立对脑卒中患者的抢救、治疗及预后的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月未建立卒中中心的脑卒中患者30例作为对照组,2018年2月~2019年2月建立卒中中心的30例患者作为研究组。比较两组患者各项指标、Bartnel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分、疗效。结果研究组患者DNT、CT检查时间、检验结果时间、急诊停留时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者Bartnel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者进行救治过程中,卒中中心的建立可以优化预后、治疗、抢救流程,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of the establishment of stroke center on the rescue,treatment and prognosis of the patients with cerebral apoplexy(CA).Methods 30 patients with CA from January 2017 to January 2018 before establishment of stroke center were selected as the control group,and 30 patients with CA from February 2018 to February 2019 after establishment of stroke center were selected as the study group.The various indexes,the Barthel index(BI),the Fugl-Meyer scores and the curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The time of DNT and CT examination,the time for testing results and the time in the emergency department of the patients in the study group were all shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel index and the Fugl-Meyer scores of the patients in the study group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was highter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of treating the patients with CA,the establishment of stroke center can optimize the prognosis,treatment and rescue process,which should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
