通络协定膏穴位外敷对腰突症镇痛效果的临床研究

Clinical study on analgesic effect of acupoint external application of Tongluo Xieding ointment on lumbar protrusion

目的观察通络协定膏穴位外敷对腰突症的镇痛效果。方法将2018年11月~2019年6月杭州市某三甲医院收治的60例腰突症患者随机分为两组:实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组接受常规推拿治疗,实验组接受通络协定膏穴位外敷结合推拿治疗,5 d为1个疗程,共治疗2周(2个疗程)。比较两组患者的VAS评分、腰痛评分以及临床疗效。结果组间比较:治疗后,两组VAS、腰痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较:实验组和对照组治疗前后VAS、腰痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通络协定膏穴位外敷能减轻腰突症患者腰痛症状,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of the acupoint external application of Tongluo Xieding ointment on lumbar protrusion.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar protrusion treated in a hospital in Hangzhou from November2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with massage and the experimental group was treated with acupoint external application of Tongluo Xieding ointment combined with massage.One treatment course was consisted of 5 days and the patients were treated for two treatment courses.The VAS score,JOA score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison between groups:After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in VAS and JOA scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:There were statistically significant differences in VAS and JOA scores between before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the treatment effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint external application of Tongluo Xieding ointment can alleviate the back pain symptom of patients with lumbar protrusion and improve the treatment effective rate.
