摘要 氢气作为治疗性医学气体已成为防治心脑血管疾病研究的热点,具有选择性清除自由基、防止氧化应激损伤的作用。本文就饱和氢盐水在治疗神经退行性病变、脑卒中、脑外伤、一氧化碳中毒脑损伤等多种脑疾病中的研究进展进行综述,为使氢气成为治疗神经系统疾病的有效方法提供参考。 As a therapeutic medical gas,hydrogen has become a hotspot in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It has the functions of selectively scavenging free radicals and preventing the damage of oxidative stress.This paper reviewed the research progress of the saturated hydrogen saline in the treatment of various cerebral diseases such as neurodegenerative disorders,cerebral apoplexy,brain trauma and cerebral injury induced by carbon monoxide intoxication,etc.,providing reference for making hydrogen an effective method to cure nervous system diseases.
