摘要
研究生阶段是科研工作者塑造求真务实科学精神、遵守科研行为规范、养成良好科研道德习惯的关键时期。近年来高校研究生科研失信现象却屡有发生,其科研活动过程中的捏造、篡改、剽窃、抄袭等不端行为成为舆论的焦点。高校作为研究生科研诚信建设的第一责任主体,科研诚信教育管理具体实施情况并不乐观。为了提高研究生科研诚信教育管理的针对性、有效性,文章提出构建科研诚信教育引导机制、科研失范防范机制、科研不端惩治机制“三位一体”的工作机制,多管齐下、系统推进,形成研究生在科研活动中“不想”“不能”“不敢”失范的协同效应。
The postgraduate stage is a key period for scientific research workers to shape the true-seeking and pragmatic scientific spirit,abide by the code of conduct of scientific research as well as cultivate good habits of scientific research ethics.In recent years,the postgraduates'dishonest behaviors frequently appear in scientific research,and the misconducts such as fabrication,tampering,plagiarism and plagiarism in the process of scientific research activities have become the focus of public opinion.As the first responsibility subject of postgraduates'scientific research integrity construction,the concrete implementation of scientific research integrity education and management isn't optimistic.In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of postgraduates'integrity education management,this paper puts forward the"trinity"working mechanism:the guide mechanism of research integrity;academic dishonesty prevention mechanism and misconduct punishment mechanism.The aim of the mechanism construction is to comprehensively manage and systematically promote and form the cooperative effect that postgraduates"don't want,cannot and dare not"violate relevant rules and regulations in the scientific research activities.
