基于大数据的高校贫困生精准认定研究

Research on Accurate Identification of University Financial Candidates Based on Big Data

教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,高校贫困生资助是教育公平的关键环节。然而,贫困生快速准确认定已成为高校资助育人工作发展的瓶颈问题,突出表现在入校之初新生贫困生的认定环节。大数据时代的到来给高校资助育人工作带来新机遇。文章开展了基于大数据的高校贫困生贫困指数精准测度研究并研发了相关系统,重点介绍了该系统中贫困认定指标与权重的由来。研究表明,该系统具有较强的可靠性,有助于实现贫困认定过程中的量化,增强认定过程的高效性和认定结果的精准性,从而有效保障资助工作自身的公平、公正、高效。

The work of university students'financial aids is a key link of education equity which is an important foundation of the social equity.However,how to identify financial candidates rapidly and accurately has been a bottleneck in the development of the work of university student funding.The new era of big data brings new opportunities.In this paper,an accurate measurement system of poverty index for university financial candidates based on big data technology is developed.The origin and weight of poverty identification index and design principle are explored.The research shows that the system is reliable,which is helpful for providing quantitative analysis in the poverty identification process.Meanwhile,the system can improve the efficiency of the process and the accuracy of the results related to identification to effectively guarantee the fairness,justice and efficiency of the university student funding work.
