应用型大学校外实践教学基地建设与管理的实践研究

在应用型高校人才培养过程中,实践教学是关键环节之一,校外实践教学基地又是实践教学的重要载体。在分析校外实践教学基地重要性和建设现状的基础上,结合教育改革的实践,阐述了校外实践教学基地的遴选与建设机制、保障与管理机制、校企合作共赢机制,为应用型本科院校深化与创新实践教学改革提供有益的借鉴。

Practice teaching is one of the key links in the process of talent training in application-oriented universities,and the off-campus practice teaching base is an important carrier of practice teaching.Based on the analysis of the importance and current situation of off-campus practice teaching base,combined with the practice of the education reform,it expounds the selection and construction mechanism of off-campus practice teaching base,the guarantee and management mechanism,and the win-win mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation.It may be reference for the deepening and innovation of practice teaching reform in application-oriented universities.
