基于系统动力学的电类专业拔尖人才培养分析与实践

摘要 针对电类专业拔尖人才培养问题,主要研究了基于系统动力学分析的拔尖人才培养机制分析与实践。采用系统动力学的方法,界定了道德修养、职业素质、专业知识、专业技能四大电类尖子生培养因素,以江苏理工学院电类专业为例,建立大一尖子生选拔子模型、大二大三尖子生培养子模型、大四尖子生培养质量子模型,最后形成完整的电类专业尖子生培养机制模型,给出了尖子生培养举措,展示了学院近两年的电类尖子生培养成果,表明了该系统动力学分析的正确性和拔尖人才培养措施的有效性。 Aiming at the problem of electrical top student cultivation,the analysis and practice of cultivation mechanism for top students are mainly studied based on system dynamic analysis in this paper.According to system dynamics method,the top students cultivation factors which include moral cultivation,occupation quality,professional knowledge and professional skill are defined.The selection sub-model of the freshman top students,the cultivation sub-model of sophomore and junior top students,and the cultivation sub-model of senior top students are established by system dynamical method.So the whole electrical top student's cultivating mechanism model is constituted.Then the measures for cultivating electrical top students in different cultivation stage are proposed based on the analysis of this system dynamics model.The electric specialty of Jiangsu University of Technology is taken as an example.The cultivating achievements of electrical top students in institute in 2016/2017 are illustrated,which verify correctness of systematic-dynamical analysis and validity of top students'cultivation measures.
