“双高计划”视域下高职院校辅导员职业化发展研究

高职院校辅导员作为落实立德树人根本任务的中坚力量,其职业化发展有助于更好地实现“双高计划”的人才培养目标。在“双高计划”建设背景下,基于高职院校辅导员职业化发展价值取向和发展要素,从强化制度保障和强化机制创新两个方面,提出包括建立严格的选聘制度、人事制度、荣誉体系,创新培养模式、考评模式等推动高职院校辅导员职业化发展策略。

As the backbone of carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges is conducive to the better realization of the talent cultivation goal of the"double-high plan".Under the background of"combination project"construction,based on the value orientation and development of higher vocational college counselors professionalization development,from two aspects of strengthening institutional guarantee and strengthening mechanism innovation,this paper puts forward the strategies of accelerating the development of higher vocational college counselors professionalization through establishing strict hiring system,personnel system,the honor system,cultivation model,evaluation model of innovation.
