摘要
2020年7月,中国临床肿瘤学会(Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology,CSCO)肾癌专家委员会发布了《CSCO肾癌诊疗指南2020》,聚焦了肾癌诊疗过程中关键问题的处理原则,对多学科团队诊疗模式、诊断、预后影响因素及其评分、外科治疗、内科治疗以及随访等方面进行了系统说明,特别是在晚期肾癌的治疗部分,依据国际最新的临床研究进展进行了相应更新,本文拟对晚期肾癌的治疗进行解读。
In July 2020,the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)Kidney Cancer Expert Committee issued 2020 guidelines of Chinese society of clinical oncology(CSCO):kidney cancer,focusing on the treatment principles of key issues in the diagnosis and treatment of renal cancer,including the multidisciplinary team,diagnosis,prognostic factors,surgical treatment,medical treatment,and follow-up.Systematic explanations have been made in these aspects.Moreover,the treatment of advanced kidney cancer has been updated based on the latest progress of international clinical research.This article intends to interpret the treatment guidelines for advanced kidney cancer.
