摘要
导管腺癌是前列腺癌的一种组织学亚型,因其独特的来源、形态学和病理特征而被公认为是一种不同于经典腺泡腺癌的独特病理类型。目前对导管腺癌的诊断主要是依据组织形态学,尚无确切的最佳治疗策略,其在前列腺癌中的预后价值亦不明确。本文通过回顾对导管腺癌的认识及其发展、病理特征和诊断标准、鉴别诊断、临床表现、治疗方法和预后,阐述导管腺癌在前列腺癌中的研究进展,探讨其在前列腺癌预后中的价值。
Ductal adenocarcinoma is a histologic subtype of prostate cancer.Due to its distinctive morphological,and pathological features,ductal adenocarcinoma is recognized as a unique pathological type different from classic acinar adenocarcinoma.At present,the diagnosis of ductal adenocarcinoma is mainly based on histomorphology.The literature shows no consensus on the optimal therapeutic strategy for ductal adenocarcinoma,and its prognostic value in prostate cancer remains unclear.By reviewing the development,pathological features,diagnoses,differential diagnoses,clinical manifestations,treatment methods and prognosis of ductal adenocarcinoma,this review aims to expound the research progress of ductal adenocarcinoma and to explore the prognostic value of ductal adenocarcinoma in prostate cancer.
