响应面法优化超声提取山药皂苷的研究

摘要 以铁棍山药为原料,采用响应面法优化超声提取山药皂苷的方法。以皂苷得率为考察指标,分别研究了乙醇浓度、超声功率、提取温度和提取时间对皂苷得率的影响。通过单因素试验以及响应面设计优化了皂苷的提取条件。结果表明,最优提取条件为乙醇浓度81%、超声功率为915 W、提取时间为84 min、提取温度为72℃,在此条件下,皂苷得率为0.0161%。 Response surface methodology was utilized to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of saponin from iron stick yam as the main material.The effect of extraction rate on ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power,extractive temperature and time were studied with the extraction rate of saponin as the index.The ultrasonic extraction process was optimized by using single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum conditions of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power,extractive time and temperature were found to be 81%,915 W,84 min and 72℃,respectively.Under these conditions,the optimal saponin extraction rate was 0.0161%.
