铝钢胶铆接头力学性能及工艺参数影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 制备了DP590钢板与AA6011铝合金板的自冲铆接接头、胶接接头及胶铆接头,分析了结构胶对自冲铆接接头成形质量及力学性能的影响,并基于灰色关联法确定了胶铆参数对接头力学性能的贡献程度。结果表明:胶铆接头的静失效载荷与能量吸收值均高于自冲铆接接头,且胶粘剂的使用不影响接头的失效形式;胶粘剂的引入使得胶铆接头的底切量与剩余厚度降低;在胶层不变的情况下,铆接压强对最大拉伸力的影响最大,铝板厚度的影响最小。 Self-pierce riveted joints,adhesive joints and riv-bonded joints of DP590 steel plate and AA6011 aluminum alloy plate were prepared.The influence of structural adhesive on the forming quality and mechanical properties of self-pierce riveted joints was analyzed.Finally based on the gray correlation method,the contribution of the riv-bonded parameters to the mechanical properties of the joint was determined.The results show that the static failure load and energy absorption value of the riv-bonded joint are higher than that of the self-piercing riveted joint,and the use of the adhesive does not affect the failure form of the riveted joint;The introduction of the adhesive reduces the undercut and residual thickness of the riv-bonded joint;the riveting pressure has the greatest influence on the maximum tensile force and the smallest on the aluminum plate thickness under the condition that the adhesive layer is unchanged.
