偶联剂改性玄武岩纤维对密封垫片性能的影响

摘要 以玄武岩纤维为研究对象,采用KH-550硅烷偶联剂对其进行表面处理,以硅烷偶联剂的浓度作为主要变量,设计单因素试验研究了KH-550硅烷偶联剂浓度对玄武岩纤维表面处理后抄取密封垫片的压缩率、回弹率拉伸强度及耐油性的影响。研究结果表明,不同浓度的KH-550处理玄武岩纤维对垫片的压缩率影响较小;KH-550质量分数在0.75%时,回弹率较佳,其值为57.36%;KH-550质量分数在0.75%和2%时,拉伸强度较佳,分别为18.4MPa和19.3MPa;KH-550浓度因素对其耐油性能没有显著影响。实际应用中建议使用0.75%的浓度处理玄武岩纤维抄取无石棉垫片,这样制作的垫片在密封性能方面比较优秀。 Basalt fiber was used as the research object,and KH-550 silane coupling agent was used for surface treatment.The different concentrations of silane coupling agent were used as the main variables.The single factor experiment was designed to study the effect of KH-550 silane coupling agent concentration on the compression ratio,rebound rate tensile strength and oil resistance of the basalt fiber surface after surface treatment.The results show that different concentrations of KH-550 treated basalt fiber have little effect on the compression ratio of the gasket;when the KH-550 mass fraction is 0.75%,the rebound rate is better,with the value of 57.36%;KH-550 mass fraction at 0.75%and 2%,the tensile strength is better,18.4 MPa and 19.3 MPa respectively;the KH-550 concentration factor has no significant effect on the oil resistance.In practical applications,it is recommended to use a0.75%concentration treatment of basalt fiber to obtain non-asbestos gaskets,and the gaskets thus produced are excellent in sealing performance.
