摘要
电池热管理是发展高性能动力电池的关键技术,也是工程热物理研究的前沿和热点。借助CFD模拟的方法,研究在有通风孔的情况下,锂离子电池组在放电过程中的温度变化。在不改变电池组整体布局的前提下,通过改变进风孔、出风孔的位置,对电池模组进行模拟分析,得出最佳的进出风孔方式。并对温度场发现的问题进行合理分析,得到更好的电池散热方法。
Battery thermal management is a key technology for the development of high-performance power batteries.With the help of CFD simulation,this paper studies the temperature change of lithium ion battery pack in the process of discharge with ventilation hole.On the premise of not changing the overall layout of the battery pack,through changing the position of the inlet and outlet air holes,the best way of inlet and outlet air holes is obtained.The problems found in the temperature field are analyzed reasonably and a better method of heat dissipation is obtained.
