摘要
对某品牌汽车的单活塞盘式制动器进行了动力学分析。首先在CATIA中建立该制动器的三维模型,然后利用ANSYSWorkbench对其进行有限元分析,主要是为了研究制动器主要零部件间的共振问题,以及制动器发生共振时,制动盘的应力状况。主要对制动器装配体以及主要零部件做了模态分析以及基于模态叠加法的谐响应分析。最后分析结果为零部件间不会发生共振,摩擦衬块与支架的固有频率接近制动器尖叫频率2100Hz。在发生共振的情况下,制动盘上的应力超过了材料强度极限。
The dynamic analysis of the single-piston disc brake of a brand automobile is carried out.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the brake is established in CATIA,and then the finite element analysis is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The main purpose is to study the resonance between the main parts of the brake and the stress state of the brake disc when brake resonance occurs.The modal analysis of the brake assembly and its main components and the harmonic response analysis based on the modal superposition method are carried out.The final analysis results show that there is no resonance between the parts,and the natural frequency of the friction pad and the bracket is close to the brake squeal frequency of 2100 Hz.In the case of resonance,the stress on the brake disc exceeds the material strength limit.
