基于NX的奶粉桶盖塑料模具设计

摘要 基于NX的婴儿奶粉桶盖的塑料模具设计主要围绕注塑模的工艺性能分析、型腔数目的确定、主流道分流道的设计、浇口的选择以及冷却水道的最佳放置方式等方面来展开,通过大量的计算与校核,确定模具设计的相关尺寸。基于AutoCAD绘制模具二维图,并使用UG10.0对奶粉桶盖进行建模,完成本次设计,此次分析对后续的研究具有重要意义。 The design of plastic mould for baby milk powder barrel based on NX mainly focuses on the analysis of the process performance of the injection mold,the determination of the number of cavities,the design of the main channel and the runner,the choice of the gate and the optimal placement of the cooling channel.Through a large number of calculations and checks,the relevant dimensions of the mold design are determined.Based on AutoCAD,a two-dimensional model of the mold is drawn,and UG 10.0 is used to model the milk powder bucket cover to complete the design.This analysis is of great significance for the subsequent research.
