摘要
基于Solide Works设计了某型汽车的转向外拉杆,为验证设计的合理性,通过对外拉杆球销施加强制位移的方法对极限拉脱力进行了仿真计算。利用Ls Dyna求解得到外拉杆强制位移下的应力分布图、拉脱力与时间的曲线图以及外拉杆变形图。仿真结果表明,设计的转向外拉杆的极限拉脱力满足设计要求。基于万能材料试验机平台设计实验方案,对外拉杆进行拉脱力试验,与仿真结果对比验证,结果表明外拉杆符合使用要求。
The steering external tie rod of an automobile is designed based on SolidWorks.In order to verify the rationality of the design,the ultimate pull-out force is simulated by imposing forced displacement on the ball pin of the steering tie rod.Using LsDyna solution,the stress distribution diagram,the curve of pull-out force and time,and the deformation diagram of the external tie rod are obtained.The simulation results show that the ultimate pull-out force of the steering tie rod meets the design requirements.Based on the design of universal material testing machine platform,the pull-out test of external tie rod is carried out.The comparison with the simulation results shows that the external tie rod meets the application requirements.
