基于ABAQUS的气胎摩擦离合器的热分析

摘要 利用有限元分析(FEA)软件DS.ABAQUS和动力学仿真分析软件MSC.ADAMS,建立气胎摩擦离合器的仿真分析模型,分析气胎离合器的温度变化。基于ADAMS进行气胎摩擦离合器的动力学分析,求出主动端、从动端的角速度变化值,再基于ABAQUS进行气胎摩擦离合器的顺序耦合分析。结果表明,离合器达到稳定工作的时间为7.44s,摩擦片的最大温度量为67.97℃,在离合器的正常使用温度范围以内,为后续的疲劳计算、寿命计算等分析提供了参考。 The finite element analysis software ABAQUS and dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS are used to establish the simulation analysis model of pneumatic friction clutch and analyze the temperature change of pneumatic clutch.Firstly,the dynamic analysis of pneumatic friction clutch is carried out based on ADAMS,and the angular velocity changes of the active end and the driven end are obtained.Then the sequential coupling analysis of pneumatic friction clutch is carried out based on ABAQUS.The results show that the time for the clutch to work stably is 7.44 s,and the maximum temperature of the friction plate is 67.97℃.Within the normal operating temperature range of the clutch,it provides a theoretical basis for subsequent fatigue calculation and life calculation.
