摘要
为实现流体自身脉动过程中脉动速度的提升,从而提高能量效率,避免强制脉动源中大功率脉动发生装置的使用,设计开发一种带有脉动增压功能的隔膜增压装置换热装置,开展使用隔膜增压装置对船舶冷却系统脉动换热强化作用的实验。结果表明,隔膜增压装置提供的增压效果有利于强化脉动换热;隔膜增压装置对脉动系统增加的压力越大,脉动换热效果越好;实验中存在最佳的脉动频率值f2=1.70 Hz使脉动系统增压后强化换热效率达到最大值。
In order to increase the pulsation velocity in the pulsation process of the fluid itself,thus to improve energy efficiency and avoid the use of high-power pulsation generator in the forced pulsation source,a heat exchange device of diaphragm booster with pulsation booster function was developed.Experiments were carried out to enhance the pulsating heat transfer of ship cooling system by using diaphragm booster.The testing results showed that the supercharging effect provided by the diaphragm supercharger is beneficial to the enhancement of pulsating heat transfer;the greater the pressure of the diaphragm booster to the pulsating system,the better the pulsating heat transfer effect.In the experiment,there is an optimal pulsation frequency value f2=1.70 Hz to maximize the heat transfer efficiency of the pulsation system after pressurization.
