摘要
为了有效降低绑扎桥重量对超大型集装箱船空船重量和重心的影响,针对某20000 TEU集装箱船剪力墙式绑扎桥设计任务,根据某船级社规范要求和绑扎桥结构强度有限元计算分析的基本流程,依次从立柱优化、剪力墙优化、立柱和剪力墙对常规方案进行优化设计,结果表明,优化方案能满足船级社规范要求,且能有效降低绑扎桥的结构重量。
In order to effectively decrease the influence of lashing bridge weight upon the light weight and gravity of ultra large container vessel,taking the shear wall type of lashing bridge of a 20000 TEU container vessel as the research object,FEM analysis of the lashing bridge structure was carried out according to the requirement of classification rules.The regular scheme was optimized from three aspects including optimization of pillar,shear plate,both of pillar and shear plate simultaneously.The result showed that the optimized design can effectively reduce the weight of the lashing bridge structure and fulfill the requirements of classification society.
