摘要
现代医学和营养学研究发现,营养对机体免疫反应具有调节作用。本综述将结合本团队抗病营养研究的体会,首先对猪的免疫应答机制,包括免疫识别、激活及免疫应答调控等方面进行概述,然后综合介绍营养研究常用疾病模型,包括化学药品攻毒模型和病原微生物攻毒模型,最后结合疾病模型,对营养与免疫的研究进展进行总结,旨在为抗病营养生产实践和进一步为深入开展营养与免疫研究提供参考。
Modern medicine and nutrition studies have found that nutrition has a regulatory effect on the immune response.This review will combine the experience of our team in disease-resistant nutrition research.First,summarize the immune mechanism of pigs,including immune recognition,activation and regulation of immune response.Then,the common disease model in swine nutrition,including chemical challenge models and pathogen challenge models,is briefly introduced.Finally,based on the disease models,the research progress of nutrition and immunity will be summarized,aiming to provide the practice guidance of disease-resistant nutrition and reference for the further nutrition and immunity research.
