摘要 以净能和可消化氨基酸为基础的猪低蛋白质饲粮配制技术体系中,净能与体内葡萄糖的供应量没有直接关联,导致难以对体内葡萄糖供给量进行精准调控,回肠末端可消化氨基酸不能反映氨基酸在门静脉回流内脏组织和肝脏中的代谢,所以存在很大的局限性。以代谢葡萄糖和肝静脉可利用氨基酸为指标的猪低蛋白质饲粮配制新技术体系有望解决上述问题。 In the formulation technology system of low protein diet for pigs based on net energy and digestible amino acids,there is no direct correlation between net energy and glucose supply in pigs,which makes it difficult to regulate glucose supply accurately.There is a great limitation that digestible amino acids in terminal ileum cannot reflect the metabolism of amino acids in portal-drained viscera(PDV)and liver.The new formulation technology system of low protein diet for pigs using the indices of metabolizable glucose(MG)and available amino acids in hepatic vein is expected to solve the above problems.
