摘要
农药是重要的农业生产资料,对去除杂草、防病治虫、促进粮食和农业稳产高产至关重要。由于农药的广泛应用,饲料中的农药残留不可避免。配合饲料中的农药残留主要来源于饲料原料,其次是加工、储存等过程中的污染。饲料中农药残留是否对动物及人类健康造成危害引发广泛关注和大量争议。本文总结了近年来农药对动物特别是畜禽的研究报道,综述了几种常用农药(草甘膦、毒死蜱、辛硫磷和阿特拉津)在饲料中的残留概况、对动物的毒性作用及其在动物体内代谢、毒性机理和机体相关分子信号通路反应机制,并对其消除技术进行了探讨。
As the important means of agricultural production,pesticides are crucial to weeding,pest control,promote stable and high yield for food.Due to the wide application of pesticides,pesticide residues in feed can not be completely avoided.Pesticide residues in compound feed mainly come from feed raw materials,followed by pollution in the process of processing and storage.Whether pesticide residues in feed cause harm to animal health and human health has also aroused widespread concern and controversy.Some researches about effects of pesticides on animals,especially livestock and poultry were summarized in this paper.The paper reviewed the general situation of pesticide residues in feed,the toxic effect of pesticides on animals,the metabolism and toxicity mechanism of pesticides in animals and the reaction mechanism of related molecular signaling pathways of several common pesticides(glyphosate,chlorpyrifos,phoxim and atrazine),and the elimination technology of pesticide residues in feed was discussed.
