摘要 目的:探讨5种草坪杂草(野苜蓿、蒲公英、小蓬草、车前草和酸模)的主要生理生化特性,旨在为草坪的养殖和维护提供参考。方法:通过测定安徽科技学院草坪中生长的5种杂草主要生理生化指标,利用SPSS 23.0软件分析和比较其差异。结果:5种杂草中,野苜蓿中的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量及过氧化物酶活性显著高于其他杂草;野苜蓿与小蓬草间的可溶性糖含量差异不明显,而显著高于其他杂草;根系活力是小蓬草最强,且明显高于其他杂草,而野苜蓿、车前草与蒲公英间差异不明显,但其显著高于酸模;而酸模的叶绿素含量、根系活力显著低于其他杂草,酸模的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量及过氧化物酶活性与车前草相比的无明显差异,但其显著低于其他杂草。结论:野苜蓿的生长能力最强,抗性能力较强,而酸模的生长能力最差。因此,草坪草养护中应及时清除野苜蓿。 Objective:The physiological and biochemical characteristics of five wild weeds(Medicago falcata,Taraxacum mongolicum,Conyza canadensis,Plantago depressa and Rumex acetosa)were investigated to provide reference in planting and breeding of lawn.Methods:Some physiological and biochemical indexes of the five wild weeds in the lawn of Anhui Science and Technology University were measured and analyzed by SPSS 23.0.Results:Chlorophyll content,soluble protein content and peroxidase activity of Medicago falcata were significantly higher than the other weeds.There was not substantially distinction in the content of soluble sugar between Medicago falcata and Conyza canadensis,but significantly higher than that in other weeds.Root vigor of Conyza canadensis was the strongest,remarkably higher than the other weeds,while there was no substantially difference between Medicago falcate,Plantago depressa and Taraxacum mongolicum,but it was significantly higher than that of Rumex acetosa.The chlorophyll content and root vigor of Rumex acetosa were significantly lower than the other weeds.There were no significant distinction in soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and peroxidase activity between Rumex acetosa and Plantago depressa,but they were remarkably lower than the other weeds.Conclusion:Growth ability and resistance of Medicago falcata was the strongest,while growth ability of Rumex acetosa was the worst.Therefore,Medicago falcata should be removed from the lawn in time for grass maintenance.
